The Linssen Grand Sturdy 40.0 motor yacht, like its smaller counterparts, is available in an AC variant (with aft cabin) and a Sedan variant (with open, self-draining cockpit). The recognisable, streamlined profile is consistently carried through in the new, elegant designs of the Linssen Grand Sturdy 40.0, which has an impressive size of 12.85 x 4.30 m, creating a spacious yacht with a full and wide bow. The layout of the Linssen 40-foot segment is exceptionally spacious. On entering the saloon, the generous layout is immediately striking. The saloon and kitchen are on the same level, with only one step between the two compartments, allowing the cook and guests to enjoy life on board together. Practically placed drawers, cupboards and compartments offer convenient onboard storage.
Layout The folding staircase to the forward cabin reveals a handy 'cellar area', ideal for wine lovers! When sailing aft, we enter the saloon via these stairs. The forward cabin features a double bed with easy access from both sides. Portholes and deck hatches ensure plenty of light and fresh air. There are spacious wardrobes, and a handy drawer under the bed. The toilet room is accessible from both the forward cabin and the central vestibule, allowing guests in the middle cabin with two single beds to use it as well. The separate shower is also accessible from here. The aft cabin is also spacious, equipped with a free-standing double bed, a separate shower and toilet area, as well as plenty of cupboard, storage and cargo space.
